Car hire charges for All India as follows:

Terms & Conditions :

• The rate is inclusive of uniformed chauffeur (with Mobile), fuel and all maintenance costs.
• Minimum billing of 300 kms/day for Sedan and Innova Crysta .
• In case the vehicle is used for outstation trips Driver Bata as per vehicle category for each day and night will be applicable between 10pm-6am along with toll/parking fee on actual and interstate taxes or
  permit as applicable will be added to the bill.
• GST @ 12% will be charged as extra to the bill, subject to change as per notification from Department of Revenue.
• Night charges (same as outstation night charges) applicable for all local run between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• As in respect to the services rendered by RK Travel Company, the service completion shall be considered post completion of billing cycle agreed with Client which can be daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly as the case may be and approval of billing MIS from Client, if applicable
• Time and mileage are noted from Garage to Garage (in all cities). If detention exceeds 4 hrs., inclusive of time from/to Garage, full day (8 hr /80 km) duty becomes payable.
• All Interstate Taxes, Permit fee, Toll, MCD tax and Parking etc. shall be extra as per the actuals. In cases where toll is prepaid or e- toll, no. of trips with amount of per trip toll shall be mentioned on the signed duty slip.
• Cancellation Charges: For Economy/Executive cars: Cancellation made more than 2 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil. Cancellation within 2 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left garage: Half day (4hr/40kms).
• Payments to be made by user by credit card/RTGS/NEFT/Cheque OR Payment Gateway.
